제목 | Enhanced recording stability and optical quality in photopolymer with nanoporous binder |
초록 | Photopolymers refer to polymeric materials which are very promising for holographic applications such as high-density data storage device, holographic display device, and filters for optical communication systems. Currently available photopolymers have some problems to overcome such as volume shrinkage due to polymerization, thickness limitation and low optical quality. The recorded photopolymers often have low recording stability and optical quality because volume shirinkage generates grating distortion and the poor compatibility between the two polymers increase scattering. In this study, we designed a new type of photopolymer with enhanced dimensional stability by introduction in polymeric binder of chemical and physical crosslinking, ion cluster. Our photopolymer has not only outstanding recording stability but also high transmittance. Because of these advantages, our photopolymer also shows good recording stability and opical quality in thickness more than 200㎛.
