제목 Capacitive behavior of graphene for supercapacitors
초록 Graphene has become one of the most exciting topics of research in the last three to four years, due to their excellent good electrical conductivity, so we have investigated the use of graphene as electrode material in electrical double layer capacitors (EDLCs). We have prepared graphene withmodified Hummers method. It has been characterized by a variety of microscopic and other physical techniques including AFM, FE-SEM, FE-TEM, and XRD. For measuring the electrochemical performances of the graphene, we used A.C. impedance, CV curves, charge-discharge capacity, and cycling performance.The high specific capacitance of 99.0 F/g is obtained from CV curve measurement at a scan rate of 20 mV/s.
