제목 Properties of Silicone Nanocomposite : Effects of Sizes and Contents of Silver Nanoparticles
초록 Silicone nanocomposites were prepared containing silver nanoparticles, and their physical properties were investigated depending upon the sizes of silver nanoparticles and their contents. Silver nanoparticles were synthesized using a surfactant. Two liquid-type silicone resin was used to make the nanocomposites. Content of silver nanoparticles was controlled between 50ppm and 300ppm. Sizes and distribution of silver nanoparticle dispersed in the silicon nanocomposite were observed by TEM. The silicone nanocomposites displayed yellow color, and it was changed according to their sizes and contents of silver nanoparticles. Mechanical and thermal properties, hardness and shrinkage of the nanocomposites were improved by adding the silver nanoparticles.
