제목 Formation of mesopores on macroporous interference patterns
초록 TiO2 materials containing both periodic macropores and mesopores with high specific surface area have potential applications in different fields such as solar energy conversion, photocatalysis, catalytic production of gases, and Li-ion batteries. Here, we applied multi-beam interference lithography to fabricate the macroporous patterns, and templating with nonionic surfactants to produce ordered mesopores in the macroporous TiO2 walls. In experiment, the fabrication of multiscale TiO2 was performed by using an amphiphilic triblock copolymer, Pluronic F127, as a structure-directing agent and titanium isopropoxide as a precursor in the three-dimensional confinement of the interference patterns. On the basis of high-resolution TEM, SEM, small-angle X-ray scattering, and BET, structural properties of macro- and mesoporous multiscale TiO2 were studied in detail.
