4금암모늄염 촉매를 이용하여 Poly(GMA-co-MMA)와 이산화탄소의 부가반응과 Poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA)의 상용성 고찰 |
초록 |
A useful method may be the application of CO2 as a monomer for the synthesis of polymer materials. The aim of the study was to investigate the synthesis of a copolymer bearing cyclic carbonate and its miscibility with poly methyl methacrylate(PMMA). The synthesis of a copolymer of DOMA and MMA(poly(DOMA-co-MMA)) from poly(GMA-co-MMA) and CO2 was carried out using quaternary ammonium salts. The highest reaction rate was observed when tetraoctylammonium chloride(TOAC) was used as a catalyst. An integrated process has been developed for the catalytic conversion of carbon dioxide to useful polymer materials by blending of poly(DOMA-co-MMA) with PMMA. It was found that the blends of the poly(DOMA-co-MMA) containing cyclic carbonate with PMMA showed single Tgs over the entire blend composition. The good miscibility of poly(DOMA-co-MMA) containing blends were explained for determining in the presence of carbonyl groups vibration due to inter- and intramolecular interactions, based on FT-IR spectra. |
