제목 CdS Doped Silica Nanostructure Confined within the Porous Alumina Membrane
초록 Catalyst membrane having mesoporous silica doped CdS (1~15 mol %) in nanochannel was fabricated and characterized. Porous alumina plate (AAO, an averaged pore diameter of 200 ± 20 nm) was utilized as a template for catalyst membrane. For preparation of mesoporous silica doped CdS, AAO was impregnated with a mixture of tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)/cadmium nitrate/triblock copolymer (F127, EO106PO70 EO106). The membrane was heated for 12 hours at 60℃ and was exposed to H2S gas. The 1, 5 mol% CdS doped silica within the pore of AAO had annulus-like morphology which was formed by the composite in the channel of AAO. The layer distance of annulus-like morphology was 10.6 nm. The 5, 10 mol% CdS doped silica in AAO had worm-like lamella of which an average distance of each particles was 9.7nm. When 15 mol % CdS was doped, silica did not have regular morphology. Whereas CdS was not doped, mesoporous silica to be prepared in the AAO pore had cubic structure the same as in bulk. These results demonstrated that morphology evolutions of silica within AAO pore was induced by CdS doped.
