제목 Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/sulfonated polyaniline(sPANI) blend membranes for direct methanol fuel cell applications
초록 Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/poly(aniline-2-sulfonic acid) (sPANI) blend membranes, crosslinked by glutaldehyde, were prepared as candidate materials for direct methanol fuel cell. FT-IR spectroscopy and ion exchange capacity measurements clearly revealed sPANI incorporation in the prepared blend network. We found that proton conductivity increased with increasing sPANI content in the hybrid membrane and methanol permeability value of the blend membrane are much lower than that of Nafion 117.
