| 제목 | Synthesis of ethylenediamine-cored 3D structure n-type dopant compounds for graphene oxid |
| 초록 | Amine based organic compounds have recently been used as surface functionalized chemical materials for graphene oxide by decreasing the work-function of graphene as n-type dopants. In this study, we synthesized several tetraphenylethylenediamine derivatives, which have three dimensional structure composed four aryl groups attached on ethylenediamine. Our efforts for preparations, structure analyses and characterizations of n-type properties on graphene oxide will be discussed. |
