제목 Solution Processed Highly Efficient Red Electrophosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes.
초록 Compared with the considerable efforts devoted to the development of highly efficient low-molecular-weight red phosphors based on vacuum deposition technology, the research on solution processible red phosphors has not progressed as well, even though a solution process is believed the favorable fabrication technique for low cost, large area flat panel displays and solid state lighting. In this study, we developed six heteroleptic Ir(III) complexes that have the highly efficient main ligands by making use of carbazole containing phenylquinoline moieties from syngerestic effects between carbazole and quinoline derivatives and fabricated solution processed OLEDs using the Ir(III) complexes.
