제목 Commercialization Study for Bio-vascular grafts using textile structure
초록 Synthetic vessel grafts have been used as a vascular substitute for cardiovascular bypass procedures. In the present study, we developed woven PLLA vascular grafts and knitted PDO which was coated by PLCL as a slowly degradable vascular graft and fast degradable vascular graft. They did not require pretreatment with cell seeding and promoted autologous tissue regeneration by inducing the proliferation and differentiation of endothelial and smooth muscle progenitor cells after implantation. In case of woven PLLA vascular grafts, they were patent for 1 year without occlusion. In case of knitted PDO with coated PLCL, PDO was started to degrade at first month and the part of PLCL in grafts were endured blood pressure and maintain the morphology of grafts. Two groups of vascular grafts controlled degradation property were patent for long term, 1 year and 8 months using ultrasonography.
