Magnetite-contained poly(ethylene glycol-b- ε caprolactone) nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion method. Magnetic material was used magnetite(Fe3O4) is known for the relatively low toxicity and well tolerance in the human body. To investigate the factors influence the properties, phase ratio, polymer/magnetite ratio, and stabilizer concentration was changed. The presence of magnetite and its superparamagnetic character were confirmed by FT-IR spectra and vibrating-sample magnetometry (VSM), respectively. |
