Surface modification of carbon nanoparticles by low temperature plasma treatment |
| 초록 |
Polar functional groups on carbon nanoparticle surface were introduced by low temperature plasma treatments using O2 and NH3 gases. Furthermore, the surface characterization of carbon nanoparticles were inverstigated using micro-attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with respect to plasma treatment time and carrier gas type. In addition, the dispersibility of the surface modified carbon nanoparticles in aqueous solution was studied by chaging plasma treatement conditions. |
