Molecular engineering of conjugated small molecules for photovoltaic applications |
| 초록 |
Solution processable conjugated small molecules have been synthesized for photovoltaic applications. The chemical structures of small molecules have been systematically modified to investigate the structure-property relationships. The incorporation of electron-donating and electron-accepting functionalities in their chemical structures have significant influences on electrical and optical properties of small molecules. In addition, photovoltaic cells with a structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/small molecules:PC71BM/Al have been successfully fabricated. |
