Graphene Oxide on Silver Nanoshell as a SERRS Nanoprobe for Optical Detection of Cancer Cells |
초록 |
We have synthesized an outstanding nanoprobe composed of graphene oxide (GO) and silver nanoshell, which exhibited remarkable signal amplification by strong surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering (SERRS). Silver nanoshell formed on the surface of silica nanoparticles by an amine-assisted reduction method, followed by its encapsulation with 4,7,10-trioxa-1,13-tri decanediamine (TEG)-functionalized GO that has strong resonance Raman scattering (denoted “GONS”). The developed GONS nanoprobe showed so intense and simple Raman signal to allow the sensitive detection of a target. At last, GONS was applied to the specific targeting of cancer cells. |
