제목 Fabrication of Conductive Silver Pattern Based on Organo-Metal Decompotion(MOD) Ink Using Branched Polyethyleneimine
초록 Conductive silver pattern was fabricated on polyimide substrate at 200℃ using dispersor coating method. Conductive silver ink is based on particle-free organo-metal decomposition of Ag nitrate-branched polyehtyleneimine complex. Ag ion forms ligand structure with the secondary amine of branched polyethyleneimine. Branched polyehtylene imine can be soluble in many organic solvent and also performs binding properties attaching reduced Ag ion to polyimide film. Butanone oxime was used as latent reducing agent activating system above 100℃. This can stabilize the ink formation at room temperature, so this ink is applied to flexible electronincs.
