Development of vasculogenic injectable hydrogel with growth factor for tissue engineering application |
초록 |
Recently, injectable hydrogels are promising substrates for tissue engineering applications. We have reported the biodegradable crosslinked injectable hydrogel system composed of gelatin, hydroxypehnylacetic acid and oxidized alginate, and loaded Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The oxidative reaction of horseradish peroxide (HRP) and hydrogen oxide (H2O2) catalyzed to prepare an injectable hydrogel. The HRP and H2O2 determined the hydrogel stiffness and the gelation ratio of injectable hydrogel. Chatacterization and materials properties were investigated based on microscope observation, gelation time, degradation rate and swelling ratio. In vitro studies of injectable hydrogels were evaluated by cytotoxicity, cell attachment and proliferation studies using Adipose Derived stem cells (ADSC) for evaluation of biocompatibility. |
