제목 Carboxylated polypyrrole embedded reduced graphene oxide transducer for field-effect transistor-type glucose biosensor
초록 A rapid and high performance biosensor to detect glucose was developed with a liquid-ion gated field-effect transitor (FET) using reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and carboxylated polypyrrole (C-PPy) nanotube (NT) composites as a conductive channel. The liquid-ion gated FET based on the rGO/C-PPy NTs showed p-type behavior, which means the hole transporting behavior, and enhanced conductivity compared with rGO sheet and C-PPy NTs. The fabricated FET biosensor provided rapid response in real-time and high sensitivity toward the glucose at an unprecedentedly low concentration (1 nM). Furthermore, it exhibited excellent selective sensing behavior toward glucose.
