제목 Synthesis of various kinds of uniform microspheres by using SPG emulsification technique
초록 Shirasu porous glass(SPG) membrane emulsification was introduced to control the size, characteristics, morphology of emulsion droplets during their formation. The droplet were formed continuously through the membrane in the aqueous solution, which contained various monomers that are styrene, MMA, vinyl benzoate with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA), acrylic acid(AA), hexadecane(HD), lauryl alcohol(LA) and 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate(2-EHMA). Then the emulsion droplets were polymerized at 70 ℃ for 12 h. The obtained functional particles were well characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, themogravimetric analyzer, SEM and TEM and discussed about their particles characteristics depending on synthetic conditions.
