In modern societies, bone tissues are frequently damaged by diseases, accidents, or modern life style. In addition, as human life span increases as a result of advanced medical and pharmaceutical technologies, bone diseases in the elderly are becoming an unavoidable problem. In this study, a porous artificial tissue scaffold with good biolysis for the promotion of bone regeneration using a synthetic polymer, poly(lactide-co-caprolacton). Prior to fabricating 3D scaffold, PLCL microspheres were prepared and then sintered to form 3D structure. Our result confirmed that the scaffold was highly biocompatible and showed osteoconductivity. Therefore, we believe that it can be used for the purpose of a bone tissue regeneration.
