Perovskite nanocrystals have being recognized as very attractive materials to apply optoelectronic devices because of their unique properties such as high color purity due to narrow full width at half maximum and easy control of band-gap by compositional engineering. However, the perovskite materials have long carrier’s diffusion length and small binding energy so photoluminescent (PL) quantum yield (QY) of bulk perovskite is poor. Therefore, we need to physically confine the generated excitons within the perovskite structure to enhance the PLQY. For this, perovskite nanocrystals have been synthesized until now. Here, we synthesized MA based halide perovskite nanocrystal solutions used in inverse emulsion method. By controlling the ratio of two solvents, N,N-Dimethylformamide(DMF) and toluene, we could fabricate luminescence thin-film or powder through solvent evaporation process as post-process. |
