제목 Synthesis, Characterization, and Surface Morphology of The Thin Multi-layer Film with Modified MWNTs/Palladium Nanoparticles by Self-Assembly Method
초록 Carbon nanotubes show strong application potential in electronics, scanning probe microscopy, chemical and biological sensing, reinforced composite materials, and in many more areas. In this study, the thin multi-layer film with modified multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWNT-COOH)/palladium nanoparticles were prepared by self-assembly method via ionic interaction between the carboxylated MWNTs and palladium nanoparticles. The detailed synthesis procedure of new multi-layer film was that COOH-modified MWNT was coating on the surface Si-substrate by self-assembly reaction and then the substrate was immersed in methanol solution of palladium nanoparticle with changing the concentration of the solution for ion-exchange self-assembly reaction. The composition, structure, and surface morphology of the thin film were characterized by FT-IR, AFM, FE-SEM, EDX, XPS and contact angle.
