제목 | Introducing Surface-modified Nano MXene to PEDOT:PSS for Regulating Electrical Properties and Morphology |
초록 | Poly(3,4-ehtylenedioxythiophene) polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) is one of most attracting conductive polymer for optoelectronicdevices as hole transport layer (HTL) due to its relatively high hole transportproperties and dipole formation. However, PSS species with insulation property causethe deteriorating conductance. Moreover, since PEDOT:PSS shows high surface energy,the interfacial properties can be adversely influenced. As a solution, introducing conductivenano-particles into the PEDOT:PSS was studied. However, much research showlittle improvement. Herein, we introduce the surface-modified nano MXene to PEDOT:PSS for enhancingconductance and tuning morphology. Because MXene has the high metallicconductance, it can be expected to improve charge conductance of HTL. Moreover,controllable properties of that allow surface to be tuned for advancing interfacialproperties of HTL. This work presents opportunities to design HTL candidate by manipulatingproperties of MXene. |
