Preparation and characterization of polymer hybrid scaffold for bone substitutes |
초록 |
In this study, polymer hybrid scaffold was prepared and their surface property was modified using calcium-containing ceramics. The surface properties of the scaffolds were characterized using SEM, FT-IR. In addition, the surface modified hybrid scaffolds were examined for osteoblast proliferation and differentiation. The swelling property in the presence of water also examined. Density, swelling ratio, degradation, biomineralization, cytotoxicity and cellular response for the hybrid scaffolds were analyzed. |
