제목 The studies of the characteristics of electronic-paper display with nanocomposite particles modified by several silanes
초록 The nanocomposite particles were modified by several silanes to examine their potential applications for electronic-paper display, which was highly interested for the candidate of next generation flexible display. The formation of organic-inorganic core-shell structure was well synthesized by chemical and physical reactions. These nanocomposite core-shell structure with titanium dioxide and silicone dioxide were controlled by changing the ratio of titanium dioxide and silicone dioxide, the amount of several silanes and the pH of medium in the dispersion polymerization. These nanocomposite particles were characterized by using particle size analyzer, FTIR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analyzer, SEM and TEM. The characteristics of electronic-paper display were investigated by electro-optical measurement system.
