제목 New synthesis of fluorine-contained curable hybrid polymer via thiol-isocyanate click reaction
초록 In recent years, fluoropolymers have been widely used because of their extremely high electrical resistivity and low surface energy. Ladder-type polysilsesquioxane(LPS) is one of the organic-inorganic hybrid materials which have comprised double-strand structure of siloxane(Si-O-Si). It has the better property than common single chain polymers in the way that dielectric characteristic, high thermal and chemical resistance. The click reaction which has occurred quickly in normal condition was used to take fluorine group into LPS. In this study, the precursor materials were synthesized by thiol-isocyanate click reaction of 1,4-phenylene diisocyanate and LPS-SH with tertiary amine catalyst. The final product was obtained by including crosslinking agent of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorodiol in mixture at room temperature. Characteristics of hybrid materials were analyzed by various analytical tools.
