제목 Improvement of UV-Cured Hard Coating Characteristic by Organic/Inorganic Hybrids
초록 The plastic sheets usually require improvement in properties such as surface hardness, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and transparency compared with the glass substrate. In this study, UV-curable organic/inorganic hybrids were synthesized by sol-gel method to improve surface physical properties of hard coatings. Both sol-gel reaction and UV-curing reaction were properly controlled to improve the dispersibility of inorganic component in urethane acrylate organic material. UV-cured organic/inorganic hybrids showed an improved surface hardness and thermal resistance of hard coatings depending on the content of inorganic component.
