제목 The Change of API Solubility by IPA-Methanol Concentration and The Inline Analysis by Using Raman
초록 This is the cooling crystallization about different solvent concentration rate of API(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients). API has different physical and chemical characteristic, so prior to cooling process, the solubility experiment is necessary for control this in crystallization. In the search of API solubility about IPA-Methanol solvent, the  higher concentration of solvent and higher temperature, the higher solubility. In this experiment, the cooling crystallization proceeds on the basis of this API solubility data. The polymorph of API is in real-time analyzed by using Raman. The API 1 changes the form at 25 minute. And the API 2 changes between 3 hour and 8 hour.
