제목 EDLC Performance of Ordered Mesoporous Carbon Prepared by Nanotemplating Method
초록 A novel N-doped mesoporous carbon with three-dimensional body centered Ia3d structure had been successfully prepared by employing KIT-6 mesoporous silica as a hard template with aniline molecule. The obtained materials were unambiguously characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption at 77 K, HRTEM, and XPS. XRD analysis revealed that N-MCK6 possessed 3D cubic structure and HRTEM images of N-MCK6 displayed highly ordered mesoporous structure. XPS and CHN elemental analysis confirmed that the nitrogen atom could be successfully doped in the carbon nanostructure. The N-doped mesoporous carbon presented higher specific capacitances and these results were believed to be associated with its suitable nitrogen content.
