제목 Chemorheology of highly-filled polyurethane
초록 The rheology with polymerization reaction was studied by an oscillatory rheometer (G2). The viscosity against time curves, calculated by the estimated kinetic parameters, well fit the experimental data which indicated that the analysis method used in this work was valid. The gel time was determined from storage modulus curve (G') and loss modulus curve (G"). The effects of particle content on the reaction and the rheological properties were also investigated. Through this investigation the proper processing window was suggested. It would definitely give a valuable guideline for the thermal processing of polyurethane.
