Synthesis and Characterization of carbazole-containing material for use in Solution processable OLEDs |
초록 |
Carbazole based material mCP is good hole transporting and host material. The mCP has good hole transport property and high triplet energy level, high glass transition temperature. In phosphorescent OLEDs, control of the band gap and triplet energy levels of the materials is very important. In this study, we introduced electron-donating moieties into the carbazole unit to increase HOMO (Highest Occupied Molecular Orbital) level of the materials. The OLED device characteristics using them will be investigated. The chemical and physical properties of the materials were characterized by NMR, Thermal analaysis, cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis. Absorption spectroscopy and etc. We will present detailed characterization results in the presentation. |
