제목 | Effect of Surfactant Species on Preparation of Porous Structure of Mesoporous Titania Film Electrodes |
초록 | Considerable attention has been paid on the preparation and application of nanocrystalline materials, due to their novel physical and chemical properties. By using the high specific surface area of nanoparticles, solar cells based on the mesoporous TiO2 film electrode were prepared for light absorption. Research have been focused on improving this system by creating a suitable porous structure or porosity in the mesoporous TiO2 film. In our study, the preparation and the porous structure had been studied as a function of the surfactant species and annealing temperature. |
