Encapsulation of VA inNanofiber |

VA was dispersed in natural polymer(HA) in an attempt to protect the active compound from light, oxygen and heat. The VA/HA mixture was fabricated into nanofiber matrix in an application to cosmetic product. The matrix was evaluated from the standpoints of size distribution of VA in nanofiber, uniformity and encapsulation efficiency of VA. VA distribution was confirmed by observing the fluorescence of FITC co-encapsulated with VA in the fibers. |
