제목 Semi-transparent and flexible polymer solar cells with novel highly conductive, transparent and flexible electrodes.
초록 Polymer solar cells (PSCs) is one of the most promising energy sources which have many advantages such as light weight, transparency and flexibility. Especially transparency and flexibility give possibility for various applications which cannot be demonstrated by inorganic solar cells. In this work, we demonstrated semi-transparent and flexible PSCs using transparent and flexible electrodes with high conductivity. Polymer-Ag (PA) electrodes were fabricated as bottom electrodes on polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) flexible substrates. Then, the H2SO4-treated PEDOT:PSS electrodes were transferred on the devices as top electrodes after coating interfacial and photoactive layers on PA electrodes. In addition, to investigate a relationship between the transmittance of PA electrodes and PCEs, we controlled the thickness of PA electrodes. Our semi-transparent and flexible solar cells achieved a PCE of 4.9% with an average transmittance (AVT) of 39%, and PCE of 7.4% with an AVT of 18%.
