Stability for Polymer Solar Cells Using Solution-Based Titanium Oxide as a Buffer Layer |
초록 |
We studied the stability of polymer solar cells using the titanium oxide (TiOx). A sol-gel processed titanium oxide (TiOx) layer has been used in the solar cell device. Since the TiOx layer has a proper optical window in the visible light range, it is suitable for photoelectric devices. TiOx layer reduces permeability of harmful gases in device and protects the devices from UV light. Furthermore, solution processible TiOx makes thickness of layers controllable. These positive effects can enhance the reliability of device. |
