제목 Novel C60 and C70 based Acceptor Materials for Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 Aiming at improving the performance of the OPVCs, in this work we have synthesized a series of novel C60 and C70 derivatives, which showed high electron mobility, high electron affinity, and good solubility in organic solvents. Novel methanofullerene acceptor materials having ethylene glycol substituent, PCBEG-1 and PCBEG-2 were designed and synthesized from the reaction of fullerene C60 and C70 with ethylene glycol substituted hydrizide. The electrochemical and photophysical properties of titled materials were characterized by Cyclic Voltametry and UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy, respectively. Also, photovoltaic properties of P3HT:PCBEG derivatives were measured under illumination of 100mW/cm2 AM1.5 simulated light and we can obtain that PCE (Power Conversion Efficiency) of 2.03% is obtained at the pristine cell using P3HT:PCBEG-1 as an active layer.
