Enzymatic production of sugar fatty acid esters using the immobillized Candida antarctica lipase |
초록 |
Biosurfactants are valuable microbial amphilphilic molecules with effective suface-active and biological properties applicable to several industies and process. The acylation of several sugars with fatty acids by immobilized lipase from Candida antarctica was investigated. The moisture formed during the reaction was removed by adding molecular sieve(4Å, 1/16'' Pellet). The highest conversion ratio of 98% was obtained when xylitol and oleic acid whereas 84% conversion ratio was achieved when xylitol and palmitic acid. |
