Optical properties of silica particle functionalized with metal phthalocyainine |
초록 |
Hybrid silica materials containing organic functional dyes have received considerable interest in sensory application due to their physical and chemical stability compared to organic materials. Porous silica particles were prepared by low-temperature sol-gel process with tetraethoxy silane (TEOS). Metal phthalocyanines have been widely studied because they can be applied in the field of chemical gas sensor. We prepared silica particle incorporated with metal phthalocyanine for enhanced stability of chemical sensor. Silica particle functionalized with metal phthalocyanine was investigated under various reaction conditions. |
