제목 | Inorganic Nanofibers via Electrospinning |
초록 | Nanostrutrued inorganic materials have been prepared in various methods, such as excimer laer ablation, stress-limited oxidation, chemical vapor deposition, thermal evaporation, carbothermal reduction synthesis and the vapir-liquid-solid method. Recently we prepared inorganic nanofibers using both a sol-gel processing and an electrospinning technique. This processing involved the following steps: (i) Preparing of a sol with suitable organic and inorganic composition and achieving the right rheology for electrospinning (ii) Electrospinning from sol state in optimal conditions. (iii) Calcining of the electrospun organic/inorganic composite fibers to obtain the final inorganic fibers. The inorganic fibers were characterized by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and x-ray diffractometry (XRD), etc. |
