제목 Molybdenum Oixde Buffer Layer for Printed Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 Organic photovoltaic cells have been fabricated by inserting a thin, transparent, transition Molybdenum oxide layer between the transparent anode indium tin oxide (ITO) and the active layer. The interfacial Molybdenum oxide layer is deposited by thermal evaporation on ITO. The effect of the thickness of the oxide layer on electrical characteristics of the device was also studied and optimized thickness was achieved to give high power conversion efficiency of 4.03% under 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5G simulated light. Also, we fabricated aerosol jet printed OPVs using the mixture of P3HT and PCBM as active layer on Molybdenum oxide layer and the power conversion efficiency of 3.49% under 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5G simulated light with a short circuit current of 9.23 mA/cm2, a fill factor of 0.58, and an open circuit voltage of 0.64V have been achieved.
