Improvement of Hepatocyte Adherence to Plasma-Induced Surface ModifiedPoly (D, L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) Scaffold with Acrylic Acid, Acrylamide and Collagen |
초록 |
We grafted acrylic acid (AAc), acrylamide (AAm), collagen to PLGA to enhance hepatocyte adhesion. The adhesion of hepatocyte was determined by quantifying percentage of adhered cells. The cell was stained by Giemasa stain and the morphology was observed by microscopy. Albumin secretion was confirmed by ELISA. And urea production was confirmed by urea assay. The adhesion of hepatocyte number on modified PLGAs was more than that on PLGA. Urea production of cultured hepatocyte on modified PLGA was increased. Therefore the hepatocytes showed the best maintenance of albumin secretion and urea synthesis functions than those cultured on PLGA-collagen scaffold. These results indicated that modified PLGA scaffolds were found to enhance hepatocyte adherence and function. |
