제목 Dopamine-induced Self-assembled Anisotropic Strings of Plasmonic Nanoparticles Conjugated with MoS2 for High Performance SERS-based Biosensing
초록 Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) utilizing plasmonic metals combined with transition metal dichalcogenide has received much attention in bio-applications due to highly enhanced detection sensitivity. In this study, we report the SERS-based sensors consisting of ultrathin 2D MoS2 NS decorated Au nanoworms (Au NWs). Au NW was prepared by dopamine-induced self-polymerization of Au nanoparticles (NPs). To enhance the plasmon coupling effects, the gap between Au NW and MoS2 was further controlled within 2 nm level via polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The resultant nanostructure exhibited giant LSPR field enhancement and coupling effect with MoS2 NS, allowing for abundant hot spots. The AuNW@MoS2 with optimized configuration showed SERS enhancement factor on the order of 107 which was 104 times higher than that available with the colloidal Au NPs.
