제목 Drawing effect on tribological properties of MoS2-nylon 6 sheet
초록 The anti-wear property of nylon is very important lowering the friction coefficient, in order to be widely used as machine elements. For improve the friction and wear properties of nylon, solid lubricant such as MoS2 have been used because of its low coefficient of friction and high environmental stability. For obtaining the more advanced properties of MoS2-Nylon, we proceeded drawing process. The tensile strength, elongation and young's modulus of drawn MoS2-Nylon sheet was observed. And the friction and wear behavior was examined on a block-on-ring wear tester where sliding occurred under dry condition at a speed of 0.13m/s under 30lb.
