제목 Fabrication of Nano-scale Liposomes via SPG Membrane for Drug Delivery
초록 Doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded liposomes were prepared using Shirasu porous glass (SPG) membranes with different pore sizes for cancer chemotherapy. Primary liposomes were prepared by film-hydration method and then using SPG membranes for size control. Morphology and size of liposomes were confirmed using the optical microscope and dynamic light scattering. The small pore size and higher applied pressure resulted in the liposomes with smaller size. After preparing liposomes, DOX was loaded into the liposomes by remote loading method. The release amount of DOX of DOX-loaded liposomes was measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer.
