제목 Interface engineering for organic/inorganic photovoltaic cells
초록 The potential of low cost, light weight, flexibility and solution-processability made polymer or perovskite based solar cells (PSCs) be the promising candidates for renewable energy sources. In PSCs, device performances such as short-circuit current density, open-circuit voltage, and fill factor are closely related to the device architectures, the transparent electrodes, and the interface properties between the electrodes and organic active layer. From this respect, numerous modifications of device architectures, and conducting polymers, and interface properties by inserting interfacial layers have been studied intensively for high-efficient PSCs. Here, we will introduce solution-processable interfacial layers to enhance cell-performances. As interfacial layers, we have investigated solution-processable graphene-based thin films as hole transporting materials for high-performance and stable PSCs. Reduced-graphene oxide (r-GO) was prepared using various and novel reductants and the resulting r-GO all showed the enhanced cell-efficiency and air-stability, and thus demonstrating a practical alternative to conventional PEDOT:PSS. These overall trials could be very important for low-cost, high efficiency, and all-solution-processed PSCs.
