제목 Preparation of Organic Solar Cells with Alkylated Silver Nanoparticles as an Anode Buffer Layer
초록 Alkylated silver nanoparticles were incorporated into the bulk heterojunction organic solar cells of P3HT:PCBM as an anode buffer layer material to enhance the power conversion efficiency of the OPV cells. Modified-silver nanoparticles on a nanometer level were prepared as nanometer size by emulsion polymerization of silver perchlorate and dodecylamine, and incorporated to observe surface plasmon resonance effect which increases light scattering, consequently enhancing the power conversion efficiency. These alkylated silver nanoparticles were dispersed in isopropyl alcohol at various concentrations and spin-coated on the ITO glass with a thickness of approximately 50nm. The photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells was carefully investigated by repetitive measurements and correlated with the interfacial structure of the each layer of the OPV cells.
