제목 SiO2/single-walled carbon nanotubes 복합체 초극세 섬유의 제조
초록 Recently one-dimensional nanostructural materials such as nanofibers, nanotubes, nanowires and nanorods have gained considerable attention owing to their potential for diverse nanodevice applications in nanoscale electronics, gas sensor and catalyst. And electrospinning techniques could overcome fundamental limitations of conventional fabrications based on lithography. In this study, SiO2/single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) composite ultra-fine fibers were fabricated with SWNTs and silica sol. By utilizing nanotubes purified, functionalized with silica sol solution, ultrasonic blending in the sol phase prior to electrospinning yields excellent dispersion characteristics of the nanotube phase. By the electrospinning with sol-gel reaction, several hundred nanometer diameter fibers were obtained in the form of the nonwoven mats. The diameter and length of the ultra-fine composite fibers were determined by the features of the spinning solution, which could be adjusted by varying the electrospinning conditions. The prepared SiO2/SWNTs composite ultra-fine fibers were characterized by SEM, TEM, FT-IR, thermal analysis, raman spectroscopy and XRD, respectively. The results of XRD measurement showed the almost amorphous feature of the calcined composite nanofibers. The more detail morphological and structural characteristics of the SiO2/SWNTs composite ultra-fine fibers would be described with various instrumental analyses.
