제목 Janus particle toward high speed protein screening using harmonization of the DNA and expressed protein
초록 A combination of nano-particle and DNA has been attracted due to its high recyclability and surface areas. Thus, these DNA conjugated particles were applied to DNA screening for protein evaluation. However, it couldn’t provide yet the harmonization of the DNA sequence and an expressed protein for protein screening. For the limitation, Janus particle can be a good solution. The Janus particle provided a reactive site for chemicals remaining the DNA conjugation because it includes two chemical sites simultaneously. Here, we introduced Janus particle toward harmonization of DNA and translated protein. The particle was fabricated using metal sputtering on streptavidin coated particles. DNA sequence of green fluorescence protein (GFP) with streptavidin-binding protein (SBP) was conjugated with metallic side of the Janus particle. The DNA of GFP-SBP was translated in emulsion. And then, the translated protein conjugated with streptavidin-side of Janus particle.
