제목 Fabrication of tunicate tunic cellulose films containing marine active ingredient
초록 The materials of marine origin has been the excellent source with variable bioactivity and unique chemical structures used for industrial development as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics. In this work, functionalized cellulose films were prepared from tunicate tunics also it contain with other marine active ingredients such as fucoidan from brown algae and chitosan from Crustacean shell. The fucoidan was prepared using Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) of choline chloride-ethlyene glycol (molar ratio of 1:2) at 100 °C after removed impurities. The cellulose films contained fucoidan and chitosan were characterized by Optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), contact angle, Tensile strength and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). These results cellulose films were promising for the potential application of cosmetic and medical ingredients.
