A highly conductive graphene electrode film applied to the organic thin film transistors. |
초록 |
A highly conductive, transparent and flexible graphene electrode film was fabricated using spin-coating of the graphene oxide on flexible plastic substrate followed by direct thermal reduction. In order to increase the coverage of the graphene onto the substrate, we used mixed solvent (water:ethanol) system and O2 plasma surface treatment before spin coating. Furthermore relatively low temperature (200 oC) annealing process renders the electrode film to reduce the resistance by a order of less than 2 compared to the method with high temperature(800 oC) annealing. This is attributed to the dense packing of graphene molecules by low temperature annealing. We applied this graphene film as a gate electrode into organic thin film transistors, which could exhibits a comparable device performance. |
