Ni-based catalyst on low electrolyte wettability support for steam reforming of bio-ethanol |
초록 |
The fuel cycle between reformed gas and bio-ethanol revealed the important use of low electrolyte wettability material as a support for ethanol steam reforming catalyst. PbO and WC were used due to their stability at high temperature. Both materials needed to be mixed with MgO in order to obtain high activity of ethanol steam reforming. Ni/MgO·PbO catalyst showed high activity in fuel cycle between reformed gas and bio-ethanol. In addition, the catalyst-coated anode was successfully tested for over 500 hours under fuel cycle condition without significant degradation. |
